About Me

Hi, I’m Jessica Watson. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s more complex challenges. I’m licensed to provide telehealth counseling in Texas, Colorado, and Florida, and I specialize in working with individuals living with long-term health conditions and brain-based differences, including ADHD, autism, insomnia, traumatic brain injuries, concussion recovery, and epilepsy.

This work is deeply personal to me. I live with Ménière’s disease and ADHD, and I understand how difficult it can be to manage a condition that others don’t always see or understand. My approach combines professional training with lived experience, offering support that is both evidence-based and deeply empathetic.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom, and dog lover who enjoys the calm of country living. I find joy in hiking, spending time outdoors, and expressing creativity through arts, crafts, and DIY projects. These simple pleasures are part of how I stay grounded, and I often help clients reconnect with the parts of life that bring them a similar sense of meaning and balance.

Whether you’re adjusting to a new diagnosis, managing burnout, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with clarity, care, and compassion as we work toward what healing looks like for you.

Licensed in Texas (LPC #68472), Colorado (LPC #0021175), and registered as an Out-of-State Telehealth Provider in Florida (TPMC4716).
